He did even better then that, he took out Capt Marvel & Superman together and ripped into the whole JLA, and it's been stated his strength rivels/stronger than capt marvel and superman! Definately Despero for the win!

It will take significant time for the Hulk to grow angry enough to exceed Despero's strength, which is even greater than Superman's.
Until that point, the Hulk is at the mercy of Despro, who when this fight begins is more than strong enough to pull the arms off the Hulk.
So even putting aside his huge mental powers, physically Despro can crush the Hulk.
Despero for this one. I couldn't state the reason more eloquently than others have already.
Though here is food for thought for you guys: What kind of fucked up place is Banner's mind for a telepath as strong as Despero, who could access all the nooks and crannies of Banner's fooked-up psyche?
While I can see Hulk winning in some very skewed plot they would never run (For example, Despero pulling apart those he loves / friends before his eyes first sending Hulk psycho angry) in any general fight I think Despero would win, though it would make for a pretty fun fight to read I think.
What part of "Can fight Superman, Captain Marvel, Wonder Woman and more in hand to hand at the same time and hold his own" do you Hulk fans not understand.

If angered enough the hulks strength is limitless despero would have to beat the hulk quickly before he goes berserk and hulk can take a beating. But if anyone can do it would be despero which is why I would love to see this fight happen in a book.

Well buddy Ill say this he aint the only villian to beat up the JLA by himself not by a long shot, not by a mile. Despero is a team buster fine, the Hulk beats team busters and he is a certified team buster. I still think Despero wins this fight but he better use his brains to do so or he will be in for a long night.
Id say Despero would win but hulk is hustla T-H-to-tha-izzan him n he does hizzy very good TP resistance if it turns into a briznawl Desperos gonna lose tizzy.
Wouldn't it take a few days or weeks for Hulk to get mad enough to reach Despero's strength level? Despero is already over twice as strong and i doubt he would let Hulk live that long.

As the thread maker did not state otherwise, the Hulk would begin this fight calm.
Despro won't wait for the Hulk to reach his level of strength, which would likely take several hours at least. In the mean time, the Hulk is at a serious disadvantage.
Despero did not "beat" the JLA. And he didn't beat Superman with 'superior' strength. Maybe he has the edge against a baseline level Superman, but when Superman is charged? No contest. Plus 'clonking heads' together doesn't make him stronger.
The Hulk will eventually get angry enough to send Despero to space.
None of these people know what they're talking about. Everyone says "Despero mind rapes" but if you know anything about Hulk his mind is nearly impossible to play mind games with. Also the Hulk has battled whole Avenger teams and won before. During his early years (Not as powerful as now) he shrugged Namor and Silver Surfer like they were nothing,

I don't know enough about Despero's feats to reasonably say that Hulk would win, but I know no battle against a planet buster like Hulk is a curbstomp.
@coolcat33: how strong is that telepathy resistance? Because if it's what I think it is, despero wins, and the possibility of a curb stomp is still there
