Deadpool, you guys are forgetting he has a healing factor...and Spidey Im pretty sure he'snot fast enough to dodge bullets...
Wha?? Spider-Man is the original bullet dodger extraordinaire. Sheesh! Spider-Man is far faster than DP. Far stronger. Webbing will catch DP sooner rather than later.
The only possible venue DP has an advantage is in the banter. Even then ... Peter will give the Merc with a Mouth a run for his money.
I think spider-man wins this way of the spider or spider-sense. With spider-sense he was able to react to much faster then deadpool and current literally speed blitzed chance, white rabbit, and scorcher hitting there pressure points and nerve clusters. I know they aren't the greatest villains but they had spider-powers including spider-sense.
Danial Way writ that, Deadpool wasn't even trying to fight back and before his encounter with Spiderman, Deadpool defeated/dodge Cyclops, Surge, Domino and Colossus which again was written by Danial Way..
@0blivion_: Yes, but even Deadpool commented on how fast Spidey was in the comic (I got those sscans online. I don't know why there's no dialogue). And even if Deadpool tried I really think it would of been the same outcome. A guy who can dodge bullets and run with cars can surely beat down Deadpool at that distance.
Also, there was some PIS in that encounter with the X-Men. There's no way he could of KO'd Colossus like that.

I'm sorry, but what can Spidey do to put Deadpool down? Punch him? Healing trumps. Deadpool beat Taskmaster in a fight, who is a great fighter and trainer, as well as Logan while we're on the subject of good fighters. Add in that deadpool has a massive arsenal that can kill Spidey in one good hit, and is much more highly trained in self defense. its kinda a bad fight for the wall crawler, if you think about it. Spidey has a strength and speed advantage, but Deadpool is better in stamina, toughness, and skill. Eventually the webbed one will slow down, and get tagged. There is a slight chance that 'Pool gets hit hard enough to go to sleep, but unlikely. And don't think that Deadpool couldn't cut his way out of webbing, or bring along some specialty weapons or tactics that would make the fight even more difficult for spiderman to survive. No morals about killing or cheating remember?
@mastergief: Or Spider-Man's superior stats and Spider-sense come into play dodging the much slower Deadpool's attacks while he knocks out Deadpool. Deadpool's healing doesn't make him immune to being knocked out and has been plenty of times by people weaker than Spider-Man.

Deadpool has been knocked out before. Spider-man knows deadpool can't die as well. If deadpool is completely contained in webbing he is not busting out. Spider-man can also break the swords he has done it in a fight with taskmaster before. As far as bringing gear current spider-man can bring his armor which is bullet proof and has even taken an explosive without any issues (effectively making all of deadpools gear useless) or if he has a day of prep or more he can remake his stealth suit.
spiders ability to instantly subdue dp with webs. dps transportation and guns and nades. peters spidy sense and one hit ko capability. spidys movement capabilities so on and so forth
