Deadpool vs Deathstroke

While Deathstroke wins I do think that classic Deadpool can give him a decent fight.

Any Deadpool can give Slade a good fight. Dp is too underplayed for comedy. Beating Steve Rogers in H2H and letting Steve kick his ass for two pages before doig anything is a good feat. An enraged or serious Deadpool could give Deathstroke one of the best fights ever.

it's the same deadpool. just writers forsaking his skill for comedy.

EDIT: what i'm trying to say is this is by no means a "curbstomp". Deadpool puts up an epic fight. his durability is too good. even having his head decapitated doesn't KO him. nor does having a giant gaping hole in his chest, his heart ripped out, or insides crushed to pulp. Deadpool actually grew a new heart on one occasion.

That's the entire point, the way Deadpool has been written in the 2000's, Deathstroke would beat him easily. I'm not sure what decapitation instance youi're referring to but Headsman decapitated Deadpool in Thunderbolts and Black Widow ended up sewing his head back on. He also got his head shot off by Punisher in Suicide Kings and was out until it regrew. Decapitating him does KO him.

i think i'm talking of the black widow one.. he wasn't KO'd by it though...

but yea, Mr sinister ripped a whole through his entire torso and DP was still going as if nothing... surprised Sinister fer sure.

He was KO'd in the THunderbolts, he had no dialogue until he was with Taskmaster at that ATM.

There's no doubt in my mind that Deathstroke wins this. Does Deadpool have what it takes to make this an amusing fight if he takes it seriously? Yes, but Slade is superior or on par in everything that matters here. And as for the healing factor: it might not be on par with Deadpool's, but it's still accelerated.

Yes, he did. He even lost to Paste Pot Pete in the latest issue :/

But, this was made when Wade had a healing factor, so it's fair to assume he does in this match.

Deathstroke.

Deathstroke is better in every concievable way that matters; he's smarter, faster, more skilled, less chaotic, able to predict what people do as they do it. He's the ultimate warrior.

The only reason Deadpool wins is because of his stupid healing factor, which makes him tougher than Hulk to kill. He SHOULD lose to Deathstroke though, Deathstroke would find a way of incapacitating him and putting him down. If it's to the death then Deadpool wins by default.

Anyway. If they both had their factors removed, Deathstroke would hang Deadpool from a tree whilst laughing. With healing factors, Deadpool recieves an unfair advantage and it's stomp.

Deathstroke doesn't die because of his healing factor, dubbing him immortal. Also, he outclasses Deadpool in fighting skill (with or without weapons) and physicality. Deadpool can be clever, but not as clever as someone that has beaten the Teen Titans and Justice League on his own and fast enough to tag the Flash on several occasions. Deadpool will lose this fight.

In response to this and all similar posts on this subject.....

You really need to compare known powers, equipment, skills, and weaknesses to known powers, equipment, skills, and weakness only. "But he beat so and so" arguments are entirely worthless. In comics if a writer loves a character, or he needs to do so to advance a storyline, he will always find a way for the character to beat anyone he wants him to beat. DS vs JL is a prime example. His takedown of the Flash shouldn't have worked, and realistically as soon as the fight started Kyle would have just force-bubbled DS and it would have been over. Just because someone wrote a story where DS takes out the JL doesn't mean he really can. It just means someone wanted to write a story where he does.

The reality is that Deadpool is good enough that he will eventually get a hit in that DS can't heal from very quickly and Deadpool will have the advantage. He will then get even more such hits and eventually kill DS. The reverse won't happen to Deadpool because he heals faster and is unkillable.
