If Deadpool couldn't shoot a guy off a motorcycle at close range he isn't going to shoot this bullet-timer.

Deadpool is physically outmatched. He has a decent amount of damage soaking, but it's not enough in the long run..

He missed due to Ajax's reflexes. There is no indication that the hole had anything to do with it, since his accuracy was fine against fodder.

The spiders have better reflexes than Ajax.

Spidey both rounds, he outclasses Wade in every department, except skill, which by the extreme gap in their speed and his spider-sense, it won't matter. And yes, Spidey can incap or KO Wade... Wade tanked one hit from Colossus, Spidey is not going to deal only one blow.

@jedixman: I felt like that scene where he misses Ajax was also some comic relief. He makes a huge joke about it the whole time. But thats just my opinion

Mismatch.

Garfield spidey can dodge point blank gunfire easily, stop a speeding truck and bus, tank hits from energy beings, giant lizards and enhanced humans. At worst Deadpool is turned into a stain, at best he is ragdolled for a couple of seconds before being instantly immobilized.

I haven't seen deadpool yet so I don't know if this is a mismatch. I believe @jedixman has seen it so I'll leave it to him.

EDIT: Actually just realized he's posted already.

Andrew Spidey doesn't look that strong to me. He is faster,has peter reflexes,agility, is better tactician and is smarter than Tobey's Spidey but he is not as strong as 616 or Tobey's version. He was able to lift a car and throw in easily,so he can lift al least 2 tons. If SM shoots webb at him, he isn't going down, he can escape. Andrew SM doesn't have that many Spider Sence feats and is careless and when he gets careless, Deadpool will see it and kill him.

Not to mention he was fast enough to stop several people simultaneously from touching an electrified railing, even seeing the electricity move in slow motion.

Colossus pulled those punches. We saw what happened when Deadpool's body connected with Piotr's at Wade's strength. (many broken bones.) If the big man hit him all out, Wilson would have had a new nickname: 'the merc in traction'.

Spider-Man.

The consensus seems to be that this is a mismatch. I'll lock it.
