Probably Grodd, seeing as he's way stronger and faster. Even without TP, he can still rip Deadpool apart.

@buildhare: Grodd had enough speed/reaction to do this. Barry was running very hard, Grodd turns, runs right at him, and can still perceive his hand/catch it and toss him. Meaning Grodd's speed may not be equal to Barry's, but his speed and reactions are a lot faster than movie Deadpool has ever done. He could get blitzed.

Edit: Further Proof.

Barry is lure Grodd, but he was still running fast, Grodd kept right on his tail. He could bull rush Deadpool with this kind of speed. Once he got close it would turn into a full on blitz.

Chasing Flash is travel speed, nothing to indicate he's capable of Blitzing a regular person let alone Deadpool.

Grodd couldn't put down Deadpool with striking. He would dominate him and throw him around, but coudn't put him down. We saw broken limbs don't actually incap Pool.

I dunno how bullets and swords would affect Grodd. If they can hurt him Pool wins, if they can't stalemate.

Once again, the video shows that he is very fast in travel, which means he has the speed needed to bull rush Deadpool. Your second statement about not being able to blitz a normal person is silly. You can't ignore feats and evidence in favor of your own argument. If you do then there isn't any point in trying to dissuade you.

@lukehero: Colossus, who has superior striking to Grodd, wasn't putting DP down.

While Grodd can rip him apart, I don't think thats an in character option. I also don't see Grodd handling Deadpool's agility very well. We also don't know how well Grodd holds up to bullets (afaik, he could have tanked them actually).

To be fair he didn't keep up entirely, Barry still had to wait a bit. But yes, he moved through the city quickly no argument here.

Hold up. Are you talking about Grodd being able to bullrush or blitz? Given he has only two reaction feats and one travel showing (neither used offensively in combat) I doubt he could do either but the two are drastically different.

Grodd rushing Deadpool isn't remotely the same thing as him fighting/killing him faster then he can react.

You can't ignore feats and evidence in favor of your own argument.

@buildhare: Someone has to be attack another way before they can react. In order to do that they need superior combat and travel speed.

If someone only has superior travel speed and can fly or run into someone faster than they can mount a defense then they can bull rush.

I'm saying there is evidence that he can do either.
