Preston has that reaction time and skill wise he has more feats. He's at least enhanced but never showed much in the way of strength feats.

Preston will most likely win unless he is put down quickly, which is unlikely considering John's incredible combat speed. If Batman can get in close early, John won't have the durability to stand up to pummeling. On the other hand, Preston will most likely be able to slice Bruce apart considering his katana feats. Preston 7/10
