Batman could win via gas from his belt or something. I don't think his bombs, nets, or binds would work as Tchalla could withstand their impacts/cut the binds, but iirc Tchalla's mask has no filter so Bruce could win via KO if he uses knockout gas or something.
Hard to say what else he has on that belt of his, H2H Bruce should be able to handle him and still be able to use his gear
Heres how it typically goes in terms of power rankings Comics at the very top then Animated Tv Shows followed by the movies...Atleast thats the way Marvel has always followed it.. But DC is kind of shaking up that order with the DCEU.

No. Right now, DCAU characters still trump their DCEU counterparts. The only one that's really debatable is Doomsday. Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman all have way better feats in the DCAU.

Care to offer a counter argument Specifically pertaining to Superman.? Ill give you Wonder Women and Batman as they havent really shown much...I cant recall DCAU Supes ever tanking anything on the level of Nuke.

Really its the fact that DCEU Superman was able to tank a Nuclear explosion at point blank range..Where as DCAU Supes was constantly shown being incapacitated with low level electricity attacks.
