Monarch contains enough energy to destroy an entire universe and enough strength to hold off a Superboy prime that's been supercharged with the energy of a Guardian of the Universe (unfortunately his armor was up for the task though). Darkseid and Starheart Scott are both impressive. However, this is new 52 Darkseid who doesnt have the ALE.
And Galactus is well.....he's Galactus. lol, honestly these characters should put up a good fight as long Galactus's matter/energy manipulation isn't strong enough to just rearrange thier molecule.
But Galactus is.....he's Galactus.
Galactus wins this 8/10, because well...he's Galactus.
