This one is hard for me because MM can make himself intangible allowing Captain Atoms blasts to go right through him, and his powers include telepathy, hypnosis, invulnerability, and healing factor. Captain Atom can tap into the strong molecular force and change physical matter at will, but the over use of his powers can result in him becoming unstable. So over all I think I'm going with MM.
