Scenario:
Malcolm Merlyn has freed Slade Wilson from his prison on Lian Yu and reinstated his Mirakuru given powers (with a built in failsafe) in return for Slade's help in killing Oliver Queen.He also was able to create a serum from Slade's blood that has given him the same physical stats that Roy had when he was on Mirakuru. They are successful and wipe out team Arrow leaving Starling City (and the world) in grave jeopardy. They team up and rule the Starling City Underworld amassing a great following and power. In response Argus contacts fellow Paramilitary Intelligence Agencies SHIELD and G.I. Joe and ask for assistance. SHIELD and G.I. Joe send their greatest assets Captain America and Snake-Eyes to clean up the mess.
A.) Battle takes place on the streets of Starling City at night. Pure 2 v. 2. Both teams go in blind. They start out 50 feet apart on opposite sides of a rooftop.
B. Battle takes placed in a reinforced headquarters built in Slade's penthouse. Snake and Cap must infiltrate the building, take out 10 armed guards, and 4 mirakuru soldiers led by Isabel Rochev before they can face the big bads. Slade and Merlyn get 3 days of prep, but know nothing other than they will be attacked by highly trained Spec Ops Operatives. Snake and Cap get a full detailed briefing on Slade and Merlyn by Argus during the plane ride to the area, but receive no additional time to prep.
Rules:
- Win by Death, KO, incap
- All combatants in character, and at their peak.
- Standard Gear for all parties.
- Teamwork and chemistry should be taken into account.
- Arrow versions of Slade and Merlyn.
- MCU Cap and Movie Snake-Eyes
- Merlyn has the same physical stats as Roy when he was on Mirakuru.
