I'll say Daredevil because his senses should allow him to keep up with Cassandra's precog, and his fighting ability would be enough to keep her on her toes.
I don't know enough about Cassandra Cain to really make a case.Every time I think I have something on her some one posts a scan of some ridiculous ass thing she can do.When SUNMAN says "What if they fought in pitch blackness with no light whatsoever"? You would think DD would in that situation but knowing her she can probably see in the dark.So since she's the superior fighter and from her feats she's probably physically above him as well.I would say she wins.

But its not enough for him to pull out a victory. I don't believe his hand to hand is as good as Cain's (not saying its a huge advantage for her but she is a better fighter in my opinion). I also don't believe his sense are on par with hers. She can tell what a person is thinking with just a glance. She knows what her opponent is going to do before they do it. If I'm not mistaken DD's sense allow him to anticipate when his opponent is going to strike. Its slightly different then known exactly what their going to do. Also DD's sense can be disrupted (Lady Bullseye showed that a fighter can remain unreadable to DD as long as they stay calm). Lady Shiva can read her opponents moves and Batgirl continual defeats her. So I don't see DD's senses doing anything other then allowing him to hang in there for awhile, before ultimately being defeated. She's faster and more skilled in my opinion.

Lady Bullseye was conditioned to fight DD.Don't be ridiculous.If he had known she already knew a way around his senses he would have changed his game plan.
