does Cyborg posses super-speed or badass fighting skills? or something that can hinder Spider-Man for a while (such as a sonic device) that posses a very wide range? how durable is he? depending on the answers,a serious Spider-Man should beat him 10/10,considering Cyborg may be too slow to even tag him "

New52 Cyborg would ROFLSTOMP Spidey. 10/10 times.

But Pre52 Cyborg could lose, I'd say 6/10 in Webhead's favor.

Spider-Man, 7/10.

Spiderman 7/10

Spider-Man 10/10. Faster, stronger, more agile. Spider sense means he can avoid any attacks.

After 17 issue's Cyborg is more or less untested, considering who he's on a team with his strength and durability will almost certainly be much greater than Spider Man's just so he can keep up but that is still speculation so until we have confirmation one way or the other Spider Man take's the win against a character who is close to featless.

Spider sense does not mean you can avoid any attack it just really help's.

Cyborg 7/10. Super-strength, Super-intelligence, Reinforced bones, laser eye and plasma cannon.

There is no way that Spidy can take him down. Any hit he land wont hurt him. Since his Bones are harder than average. Also the armor protects him.

Cyborg's sonic cannon has a 5 ft wide radius, no way Spidey dodge that.

Vic totally owns Peter.

Spiderman will try to entangle Cyborg in a web, to which Cyborg will just teleport out of using his boom tube. After teleporting, he will then come back with an upgraded eye that allows him to negate Spiderman's senses, and will then pummel him. Either this or bfr within five seconds of the match, where Spiderman will then be eaten alive by Darkseid's minions.

This was pre 52 Cyborg judging by the date of the OP. Spidey totally owns him.

The way I see it, whoever attacks first will have the edge. If they started fighting at a pointblank range then I'll have to say spiderman wins. If they both have time to prep then cyborg, as a more intelligent half machine. Both these characters have their own trait. It really depends on the environment. But I like Spidey as a better hero. Go spidey!

Spider Man stomps.

New52 Cyborg owns SpiderMan. Cyborg is part Apokaliptian Mother Box now. He heals, has superstrength, can manipulate any type of technology, can create boom tubes, is durable is he is very intelligent. With no prep, Spidey loses.

Peter stomps

Lol at people thinking Spider-Man wins this, never mind stomping. Any version of Cyborg. Post crisis, pre crisis would destroy Spidey. Nothing is stopping Cyborg from just blasting him with the sonic cannon & Cyborg is way stronger, so trying to web him up is going to be a mistake.

If you take away Cyborg's weaponry arsenal then Spidey stands a chance. But i would still root for Cyborg as Spidey would have a hard time putting him down & the fact that Cyborg is much stronger. Heck Cyborg is probably the better fighter even as he has a computer built in his head which could give him knowledge of fighting styles. Spidey would have better reactions & would be more agile though so he would prove a worthy opponent.
