I think Skaar with his old power will be harder for Cyborg to take out since he has punched Juggernaut into space with ease so his striking feats are up there. Gladiator will likely blitz so if Cyborg can't fight in nanoseconds he'll get torn apart or if he can be knocked out.

@thearchon:It was always debateable between the 2 ad there are reasons why G;adiator would be above Superman, like when he defeated Nova (or just hurt him really bad,I can't remember) or when he destroyed the planet even tho he wasn't really confident. Superman never destroyed the planet without Solar Charge.He was always moving and lifting planets but he never destroyed it with pure force (only when he was flying at it with light speed). Superman can lift planet but striking power is moon-buster while Gladiator is planetary-buster.

I don't remember if he can do that. But Cyborg Superman has much more than just striking power. He has fought the whole superman squad before, beaten several green lanterns even beaten guardians. He wins here.
Cyborg Superman is SIGNIFICANTLY stronger/more dangerous than Supes.
He absolutely stomped Steel, Connor Kent, the Eradicator AND Matrix Supergirl at the same time. Don't forget, Connors TK was VERY well suited to fighting Henshaw and did precisely JACK to help.
He one-shotted the Eradicator (albeit in a sneak attack, using kryptonite weaponry and a nuke)

I question that punching feat since he punched Hulk with the same amount of force I believe (via old power) and it only sent Hulk flying a few hundred miles into West Virginia from NY. Juggernaut should have had the same amount or theoretically even more inertia than Hulk when taking that punch. Then again, I can't remember if that was depowered Juggs and we have to take into consideration jobber villain aura that plagues a lot of badasses in Marvel.
@krleavenger: Why the hell would Superman destroy a planet? Can you tell me? He's got morals. It's not because he didn't do it that he wouldn't be able to. He's powerful enough to destroy one, for sure. Superman's punches shattered time and space during his fight with Kal-L. That's better than anything Gladiator has done.
@thearchon: Prove that he can Destroy the planet. Just because he moved it or lifted it doesn't mean he can Destroy it. You need force 9 000 000x bigger to Destroy the Earth then to lift it. If someone's limit is to lift the Earth, then a guy who can Destroy it has 9 000 000x greater strength. Shattering time and space has nothing to do with anything because that is impossible and that is one of these feats that nobody cares about and is used only by Fanboys. You can't shatter time and space with Strength.
@krleavenger: First of all, how about you don't call anybody a ''fanboy''? Superman doesn't break planets. That's not what he does. The only time he did something remotely close to that, he flew inside a moon and split it in half. Shattering time and space is a good feat even if you don't like it. It's a comic book. There's nothing real about those. Now, how about you show me Gladiator hitting someone intangible?
