This is CW Arrow vs Jason Todd from the Batman: Under the Red Hood animated movie. Both are morals off and the fights are to the death or incapacitation. They take place on a rooftop in Starling City.

Since UTRH was basically a pitch perfect representation of Jason Todd I can easily picture that version giving Arrow trouble. However, if we go from a pure feats point of view then it really should be clear who wins.

@nickzambuto: The guy who stomped a superhuman robot chick, who could deflect bullets off her swords, loses to Arrow? I think not.

@nickzambuto: I was thinking something like that, the I rewatched hood and batman vs the hand of the 4. He's clearly physically superior to anything Oliver can take when coupled with some reasonable skill.

Jason's superior physical capabilities, skill, gadgetry, and all around versatility gives him a fairly easily win.

Not that it really needs to be said, but Todd wins without much trouble. Physically and skilfully he's considerably above Oliver, and not afraid to fight brutally.

Jason stomps. Everyone in that universe is more skilled, just because it's animated, so with his ridiculous athleticism, stamina and abitlity to take damage Ollie doesn't have a chance. It's hard for any nonanimated character to compete with animated.
