I don't really think Punisher has any way of being useful. Deathstroke is totally bulletproof, Merlyn is highly bullet resistant, and I don't see a man of Ra's skill and intellect being pressured by guns unless we're talking a REAL master marksman. Also he put on League armor when he knows he's going into combat, the only reason he wasn't always wearing it was because he wasn't in costume for most of the season. I don't think it's possible for Frank to outsmart anybody here either because they're all craftier and much more clever than him.
As for Ozymandias, as said, the only match here that could possibly go either way is against Merlyn, and like pr0tocol said, I still favor Merlyn by feats. Deathstroke is just way too powerful and Ra's is just way too skilled.
That leaves Batman, who's pretty much the same as Ozymandias albeit with bullet proof armor, but not as resistant to blades.
Basically, anybody on team 1 can beat anybody on team 2, and it's not like team 2 is going to pull out any amazing teamwork to turn the tides.
