 The two have been contacted to kill the same person and they meet in mid combat.Fight is an New York street.Both have standard equipment.Bloodlusted.Who wins?

My gut says Crossbones. I just figure he'll find a way. No scans right now...

Tombstone should take this. With only standard weaponry Crossbones is going to have a difficult time hurting him.

good match-up, I think that Tombstone would win this though.

I would say the battle goes to Crossbones. Even though Tombstone has super strength, Crossbones can put his intellect and training to use to kill him.
