It's really just speed. Ra's can't begin to compare speed-wise to someone who can move faster than people with hypersonic reaction speeds or fill rooms with the light of his blade.

I thought that just meant offensive ones like TK and lightning. If he's been severed from his connection to the force altogether then he'll just dismember himself trying to use his lightsaber.

When you say no Force powers do you mean he is not allowed to use Force Push, Force Lighting etc. or do you mean he is not allowed to use his natural Jedi abilities? Because if it is the former, he stomps. But if it is the latter, then Ra's is the victor. I say this because without the use of the Force he cannot use his lightsaber skills to their fullest. Plus, Dooku is an old man. Without the Force he is going to fight like one.

So, as I said, I think Ra's wins.

Dooku with-out the force is an 83 year old man wielding a hard to control weapon. He does have immense skill, but Ra's is just better all round.

Ra's wins if Dooku has no force. You should instead say no offensive attacks, while he could maybe enhance himself with the force?
