Team 2 wins IMO, too many heavy hitters; and only Thanos is the key to a small potential win for Team 1.

The thing is, since TP is disallowed, I can see almost half of the team 2 going down easily quickly in most scenarios, making the odds far more even. Majestic & Gladiator won't hold back regardless, while Warlock might be capable of countering almost any attack, with someone running interference. I am voting for the Cosmics in S1 & S3, while the Team gets it in the perfect teamwork scenario 2. Scenario 4 is still too close to call for me.

Thanos would struggle with Current Adam Warlock... and im sorry but him soloing Adam,Majestic, Quasar, and Martian is pretty ridiculous

No it's not. He already solo'd BRB, Ronan, gladiator, and was implied to be able to do so with Surfer and Quasar as Warlock had to 'save' them. He has all the feats to easily solo as characters on Majestic, Quasar, and MMH's level don't even faze Thanos. He toys with them. BRB is literally more durable than everyone here, maybe Surfer (but he's also been fodderized by Thanos), and he's been stomped into oblivion.

Facts come down to the fact that the team can't hurt Thanos and he can easily destroy them. Oneshotting some, 4 shotting others. Remember that a not holding back Surfer (the most powerful one here) couldn't even make Thanos flinch/blink.

It's something Comicvine users have trouble understanding despite it happening every time. Herald level beings, whether in groups or alone, get fodderized by Thanos and they can't win.

Cosmics. The MVP is obvious.

Thanos and Darksied together smash nearly all of them easily. Thanos has telepathy, strength, and durability beyond any of these characters. Combine that with Omega beams.

And Warlock and Hal if they uses all their powers

None can catch Lightray, who casually goes into lightspeed, even 8 times the speed of light is normal for him. Even weakened, he created a sun to block the Black Racer.

Mr Majestic pushes planets around, and creates complex machines in seconds (though it was a couple of microseconds later than he expected).

I don't think Adam Warlock needs explanation.

The team has a decent chance of winning if only they fight smart.

Team two is ay to much for them imo. Some of them could arguably defeat/ go toe-to-toe with team 1s members.
