Better assassin is Corvo, mostly due to Ezio being too flashy and impracticable.

Although Altair and Corvo is debatable.

even before gaining his powers Corvo was still the personal guard of the Empress... which means he's one of the best swordmans in his country

Round 1 can go both ways in my opinion.
Round 2 goes to Corvo.

Corvo stomps round 2 but wins round 1

Round 1: Ezio stomps.

Round 2: Corvo stomps.

Round 3: Ezio is more skilled at blending in, Corvo's powers allow him to be a superior assassin. So with them, Corvo is a better assassin. Without them, Ezio definitely is.

Corvo barely wins round one, or stalemate. Round two is flat-out murder. Corvo is the better assassin by far, imo.

Dishonored sucks

None of which they used when fighting Corvo.

The first guy that actually used his powers against him was able to put Corvo in complete stasis.

So if we base it just off of beating four assassins with skill alone, that's impressive and all, but it hardly matches up to Ezio's skill. He's taken dozens of men, not just four.

@reactor: Ezio can survive multiple point blank gunshot wounds, and I haven't played Dishonored for about a year so I didn't remember the teleporting, so you got me there

@DedmanWalkin Blink is Teleportation or an EXTREMELY fast dash through time or something. How is it not a super power? Daud has the ability to give them Pull,Bend time using arcane Bond ability.

@Jmarshmallow Ezio more Impressive? He has fought High trained soldiers at the most. He hasn't even fought someone at Altiars level. Dauds master assassin can kill tons and tons of men which is equal to Ezio

Ezio literally does the same thing but with Throwing Knives, Hidden Blade, Swords, Daggers, Brooms, Guns, Fists, etc.

I forgot about Ezio's broom capabilities, he would solo and accidentally kill his teammate

@jmarshmallow Skill wise he does.

Yes the assassins fighting is on par with ezio,but assassin creed just has nice animations. Dauds assassins are MUCH stronger, showing the ability to cut heads and Body torso clean off in one swing. So there skills are equal and ezio is weaker. And yes Corvo will trash ALL of ezios enemies.

Round one, I can only guess is a stalemate, but Ezio could take it. In-game Audio, the best Corvo was ever seen to do was take down three armed guards, (but it sounded like it was with relative ease, so it's probably really a low-end showing for Corvo. That was just what one guard saw.) Would depend on what the best Ezio could do normally.

Round two: Monumental Mismatch. Corvo has about seven different ways he could curbstomp Ezio.

@Jmarshmallow I believe you caught my drift, Round 1 Stalemate, Round 2 Corvo Stomps in 14 different ways, better assassin Corvo due to abilities.

Take note that he could have probably solo'ed that entire army (as he was doing easily) if he hadn't been distracted by visions of Altair.

@Jmarshmallow I just realized Ezio is good at Counter kills, He won't be countering Corvo anytime soon. You probably understand why. And if he goes on offense corvos parry is so strong it'll knock ezio WAY off balance. Costing him his life

He's good at Offense too lol.

And no, I don't understand why he won't be countering Corvo.

higher-up in the personal guard/army, and this really

makes the difference here. He is better at anticipating an

enemy's attacks, and he is much better at hand to hand

combat because of this. Ezio's training makes him rely

on reacting to an enemy's actions, and I think this

would put him right into Corvo's anticipated anti-

counter.

Please, prove all this. Provide me a superior skill feat to the one I provided above.

@Jmarshmallow You want a vid? I'm on an iPad, I can qoute a lot from the in game enemies gossiping about corvo

Ezio loses Round 2, but Pre-Outsider Corvo is practically featless. He has a few solid character statements but nothing really quantifiable. The assassins at the start of the game weren't even trying to kill Corvo, and canonically he just shot them (as seen in KoD) so it wasn't too impressive.

Ezio at age 17 was already parrying armored knights with battleaxes and greatswords while unarmed. I might give Corvo the edge in pure swordsmanship, but Ezio is more impressive, overall.

@zaied How were they not trying to kill him? And he didn't just shoot them, even if he did kill them by shooting that's impressive considering there blinking around him at all times

@Baztet How are Altair and Corvo debatable?. Ezio is if not better but the same as Altair.

@dajhonmccloud: Also, he is sporting a razor sharp custom blade designed for parrying as well as assassinating (whereas Ezio's blades aren't as diverse). Additionally, he shows remarkable skill/strength in being able to decapitate or otherwise dismember someone with a single swing of his blade.

Corvo Clears both rounds. In a sword fight he is able to cut clean through a human body slicing bone and tissue like it's nothing. He even fought skilled assassins without any powers while the Assassins themselves had powers. He could have killed the Daud without any powers if he had the chance. Corvo is the royal protector so he HAS to be skilled and he is. Don't even get me started if you gave Corvo his powers...
