I don't think the T-1000 has the brute might to take down Colossus, but I'm not sure what Colossus has to stop T-1000 from doing that liquid metal reforming thing he does so well. Colossus would certainly beat him around the house at his leisure though, its just finishing him is the question.

he grabs him and throws him away
T-1000 isnt intagible,he can ''simply'' heal from any physicall damage,but he is not untochable,Colossus will just grab him and throw him several km away 
if theres no BFR,it is a stalemate until Colossus gets too tired to keep fighting and revert back to human form

yeah,but if he turns to liqiud form,colossus isnt going to pick that up and throw it very far,imagine throwing custard,just going to drip through your hands,he would need a huge shovel to throw it far to call it bfr.as in 10 miles +

the T-1000 probaly wont actualy bother being thrown,he didnt seen to care about all the damage he suffered during the movie

very true,imo i think t-1000 wins this purely by colossus getting tired.,,unless hes got some plan,the t-1000 does seem to be affected by repeated damage of sorts,ie-cold,high temps.

Colusus literally has to freeze T-1000 and throw him into a volcano to kill him, but can T-1000 penetrate colsus armour??

The T-1000 has insufficient Force to actually harm Colossus, and Colossus can't do any Permanent Damage to The T-1000.

I don't really see a way for Peter to hurt the T-1000 and I only see it winning in that fashion.

His insides are shiney too after said transformation. He may not be as durable as Adamantium, but I doubt the T-1000 has the feats to cause any realistic harm to Colossus, while Colossus can rip chunks of the t-1000 off and toss them some rediculous distance away.

Thats not at all how it's set up in the OP. Generally that sounds more like a prep situation or atleast having the T-1000 some knowledge on Colossus. Instead unless the OP is saying otherwise both combatants are ready for a fight, Colossus isn't really Colossus unless hes shiney mode on.

Colossus hits it into orbit, if the T-1000 tries to escape by turning into liquid (technically still solid, it's like sand if you thing about it, just with nanobots), Piotr just traps it under a very large rock or shoves it in a bowl and then throws it into a volcano.
