Have to call this a stalemate. The durability of both fighters far passes the offensive output of the other.

This. I really dont think that Groot can put out enough damage to kill or incap Colossus, and Colossus isnt going to take down Groot by punching him

@decaf_wizard: colossus would win. Groot can't do anything to hurt Peter while I see him ripping him in half and punching him senseless

@copete: Yes, but he wouldn't rip him in half. That's the part that needs editing. He doesn't know Groot has a healing factor. And he wouldn't be able to punch him as hard as he can punch without smashing him to bits.

In character he holds back a lot, he even held back against that chick when he knew for a fact she was the bad guy.

Man... Those two have sweet hearts, I can't see them dropping the other in character.

Groot sticks his finger through Colossus mouth and destroys his organs.

I mean maybe they could bfr eachother?? Would love to watch that fight

If Groot plays it smart he can probably strangle Colossus similarly to Angel Dust when Colossus allowed her to put her boob back in, but for a majority they probably just smash each other around

Both can deal with the other. Groot can and does kill, the moment he tries to strangle Peter or some crap, Peter will break him. Considering Gamora chopped Groots arms off easy, I'm siding with Colossus.

I'm in agreement with the majority. Thesetwo stalemate out until the kid gloves come off. At which point I'd back Colossus.

Colossus he's more durable and stronger also he could tear groom apart literally
