Cobra Commander vs Red Skull

Round 1: They're locked into a walk-in freezer, and they must fight to the death in order for the survivor to be let out.

Round 2: The survivor has to make it past 25 of the others goons, via incapacitation or death.

Neither of them have any weapons, but the goons are armed with baseball bats. This is Red Skull in his original body, and Cobra Commander from the Marvel Comic.

Does Cobra Commander have his helmet or just the fabric mask? I'm assuming he's not wearing the combat armor or it would be a pretty big stomp in his favor.

@cyberzombie_hatchetman: He has the mask, as the hood would be a weakness. Remember, this is just hand to hand combat, he doesn`t have a battle suit or anything else, and the same goes for the Skull.

Does CC have prep? If not, Red Skull would won if CC has no armor. And Cobra Commander sucks at H2H

Going with Skull, though I have no clue why I was tagged for this.

@the_replicator Given prep, Cobra would take it, though Red Skull probably takes it H2H. Standing up to Cap America H2H isn't that small a feat.
