Clare from claymore Vs Guts

Clare has heard news from local intel that a "Black swordsman" has been taking people out. With this in mind clare is bloodlusted and is willing to do anything to win the fight.

Guts has morals on.

R1 Clare can't awaken and guts cant use his berserker armor.

R1: Depending on which Clare you are talking about, Guts could actually win this. Clare with Irene's arm has Flash-Sword, which is a lot faster than Gut's own sword-swings. But she has to awaken her arm almost completely for the technique - and based on your rules, that might be disallowed.

Without it, she would still be faster than Guts, but Guts has dealt with faster opponents before. Clare's most significant feat is reading the yoma-energy to predict her enemy's move - something that won't work on Guts. And Guts is an extremely unpredictable fighter. So, if Quicksword is disallowed, victory goes to Guts.

R2: Clare. Quicksword and other awakening would make her a much tougher foe to deal with. Guts' armor might handle the blows, but as we've seen before, he takes plenty of damage even with blunt force trauma. Eventually, the armor itself would end up killing Guts.

As much as I prefer berserk, clare's stats are just too much for guts. No, she doesn't need awakening to cut guts to pieces.

Specially in round 2: while berserker armor is a very impressive amp, how much clare's awakening is simply in a different league.
