Carnage vs Tombstone

The fight takes place in a rooftop of a random building.

No prep.

Random encounter.

Morals are off. Death ftw.

IIRC Spider-Man couldn't injure Tombstone normally, but when he powered his fist with webs he oneshotted him. Carnage should be able to replicate that without the webs.

Carnage stomps. Even if he didn't have literally 4 times the strength needed to one-shot Tombstone, he still has the ability to carve Tombstone into pieces.
