Captain Titus and Master Chief vs Super Patriot

Rules

• Standard gear. For Chief, standard as of Halo 5, and what would feasibly make sense for him to carry going into a battle with a mid tier character like Super Patriot. So heavy ordinance is basically a given, but no Spartan Laser.
• Morals on, in character.
• Win by death or KO
• Fight takes place in Savage Dragon's Chicago.

@wyldsong - I'm assuming you have at least a good understanding of Super Patriot, since you're a fellow Erik Larsen reader.

@eisenfauste: His entire body is basically a gun waiting to happen. Guns pop out of everywhere on him. He is also powerful enough to stand toe to toe with Savage Dragon, although his record against him is 0-2 IIRC. Losing to Savage Dragon isn't necessarily a bad thing though, basically everyone loses to the Dragon, but Super Patriot actually put up a good fight, which up until that point in the series, Dragon had already KO'd basically every single character that came across him with barely a challenge besides Badrock, but Badrock is also one of the top mid tier characters at Image, and Dragon did beat Badrock in the end too.

That's no Joe Schmo either that he's turning into swiss cheese, it's Spartan from the WildC.A.T.S. who is normally bulletproof. To be fair though, Spartan dies a lot. lol. It's kind of his thing.

What this boils down to is this: How durable are these two compared to Dragon? Super Patriot has weapons that can pierce and probably take down Savage Dragon. How does their durability compare?

@tparks: Savage dragon is a 100 tonner yes? If titus has a plasma pistol/rifle he solos, without it tbh bolter and halo railgun arent enough to win the fight

100 tonner? Eh....yes. He probably is capable of punching with 100 tons, but I wouldn't say he can lift that much. I also never viewed him as a consistent 100 ton striker, that's the high end Dragon IMO. I'd say 50-80 is a good day to day Dragon, which is still a very respectable mid tier character, and I feel like he is much better at using his strength in a fight. He doesn't do stuff like pick up heavy objects to smash people with, he just punches them very very hard until they are KO'd. I always viewed him as just really good at punching and taking a punch and less of your typical brick who has moments of displaying huge strength every other issue.

What would you say standard gear for Titus is anyways? Or better yet, what would the gear be that would let him fight against a mid tier character so I can list it in the op?

@tparks: Since hes a SM Cap he has more gear usually than that of normal SM's

Weaponry - Bolter and Bolter pistol

Secondary - Prolly some nades prolly metas, but due to the game not displaying this IIRC, he may not have them on him right now and prolly a power weapon usually a power sword

Gear - SM armor obviously, and the Iron halo

@serpinethegreen: Titus has standard gear. All space marine captains are stated to have Bolter, Bolt Pistol, Chain Sword, Power Armor, and Iron Halo in he codex. That is bare minimum captain gear for any game.

without the power sword or melta weaponry it will be hard for team to take down patriot imo. If given the gear he use in the game then it would be quite easy for team.
