@captainmarvel4ever: I believe New 52 Black Adam and Captain Marvel are physically weaker than the Pre-New 52 versions, so I think Pre-New 52 Captain Marvel could take him him down.

He has big advantage in speed, and can amp his strength and durability beyond those of Ultraman's, as bonus he has lightning amped strikes, the magic of those strikes were hurting Pre-52 Adam, who has better magical durability than Ultraman, and he can use the Wisdom of Solomon to trick him fighting closer to sun.

Cap wins, Ultraman Is almost practically featless In New 52 besides beating a New 52 Jobber Adam, who had 0 feats nowhere near as good as his Pre-new 52 counterpart.

As opposed to Captain Marvel who consistently scaled to a Post-Crisis Superman, with Clark admitting that Billy had the edge (even while holding back).
