Ok, while Captain Britain is my favourite character, if Doom has preptime then even with Meggan feeding Brian hope and confidence, he just can't win, Doom would have found how Merlin remade Brian and would pull him apart seam by magical seam, HOWEVER, without preptime there is a good chance Doom could lose, Brian is a physics and engineering PHD which could work in his favour when dealing with the bots Doom would send first, Brian has also withstood the fires of the Phoenix, physically torn open a reality created by Plotka and sparked Dracula out as well as out thinking him tactically, it still remains that Doom is one of the absolute smartest people on the planet, for Brian to win he would have to go all out immediately and give no chance for thought, otherwise he'll lose, likelihood is Doom wins overall, he is just too powerful.
Doomph takes round one with ease as well as round 3 (You don't fight DOOM in his OWN COUNTRY)... Round two is more difficult during round two Doom is still aware of Captain Brittain and his powers/ limitations so Doom will probably be able to take it with a great degree of difficulty.
Doom would win, not for lack of trying on Brian's part

@noah_ouellette: If you read the situation above, neither Phoenix nor Hulk are mentioned - so I don't see the relevance of your statement. It's Cap Brit vs. Doom... Doom with the mix of tech, magic, and everything else, would beat the King of Otherworld
@spaztikone: If you knew proper English I suppose you would understand I was stating some of britains strongest feats. Of which I know doom cannot surpass without prep. And even with it Britain would have to job pretty hard or doom would have to steal some of galactus' tech. Britain wins. Don't guess because you don't know the guy.
You're right @noah_ouellette, I couldn't possibly know English - I just teach it. Thank you for explaining why I don't get your poor use of grammar and syntax. Because while I wasn't attacking you in any way - you were referring to two other opponents without relevant context or structure of thought to make it crystal.

@kyoji: @spaztikone: People say it here because Britain has tanked the Phoenix force. He is just a better gladiator now with his confidence=power thing. And that's everyone's excuse on comicvine for missing something or defending themselves. I teach this, I work here etc. I said prove how doom can deal with these feats. And you just didn't think for some reason.
I actually think Doctor Doom can win both rounds. Doom with Preparation and Knowledge of Captain Britain wins easily. Victor could probably some tech to siphon away Captain Britain's power with Prep. Random Encounter is more interesting...
Round 1) You gave Dr Doom prep and the location is in his castle? Easy win for Doom
Round 2) Captain Britain has a chance, although it is still in Dooms castle so it's not hard to believe he has something in his vault capable of harming Captain Britain, the slight edge to Doom
