What did New-52 Atom do to put him on par with Silver Surfer?

He's in DC comics.

@mee09: shown expert control over energy tampered with the speed force cutting off flashes powers . Creating his own version of the justice league iirc and soloing them I don't really follow him but these were in the other thread
