Cap. between his shield, fighting skills and superior strength movie Lui should give him a mild work out. Movie Lui isn't any where near as impressive as his game counterpart.
Movie Lui Kang had the power to turn into a dragon. Yea, it was dumb as hell, but it happened and is cannon to the MK movie-verse. I love Cap, but I don't see how he would handle something like that.

I don't recall him changing into a dragon at will against any other fighters? That was plot in the second film that had to do with Shao Kahn. So i'll be generous and give Lui 1/10 against Cap for that one scene. Cap's still a stronger and better fighter, imo.
@lordraiden: 1/10???? I mean Liu sent reptile flying after a bicycle kick. Reptile also kicked Liu through a brick wall, and Liu got up like it was nothing, and then handled reptile pretty handily.

Cap jumped from a plane without a parachute, threw a motorcycle, run through doors and inner walls like it was nothing, tossed grown man around, kept going after getting zapped with tasers, kept going with multiple gun shot wounds, jumped down ten stories, took down a fighterjet, restrained an robot arm that was crushing asphalt earlier was knocked from an highway into bus.
