Gyarados for being casual city buster, and for be super awesome. I remember when I was a child I had a dream I was fishing and hooked one and my fishing rod flew out of my hand and like all the water shot up in the air and I saw it and woke up right away, I was covered in sweat lol my a** was scared.

Even without it, just by anime feats alone, a hyper beam or a whip from his massive tail should make quick work of Cap.
