Is there any character from a comic book movie that can actually defeat their comic version? What about from literature?
Can any movie character beat their original version?
Spiderman, maybe Cap
Which spiderman Toby or Andrew?
Spiderman, maybe Cap
lol are you high on something? Cap... just maybe, but Spidey on screen is so completely nerfed that it is kinda annoying. HIs strength goes from being around 40 tons to like 2 tons, his speed goes down (not really quantifiable though) and he goes from being one of the top 5 smartest people in the world to being a mediocre nerd in a world that has less smart people. Ugh.
Blade
Uh nope. Comic Blade would rekt movie Blade. Movie Blade's h2h is better but comic Blade's weapon mastery, particularly swordsmanship and physicals are too much.
I can think of one guy who is more OP in the movie, appearing in the movie X-men: First Class, SHAW!
@super_mod: My Jimmies, theyre all rustled.
@darthaznable: It says original version not the retconned version
@jestersmiles: Garfield is too fast. Maguire might stalemate if Bloodlusted.

Which version of Blade is retconned? Last time I checked all his comics (non movie tie ins) are canon. Are you talking Blade pre bite?
movie wolverine pwns comic wolvie
By feats, Dr. Manhattan, too.
None more tremendously than The Shredder, though.
@rickythanos: How does movie Wolverine own Comic Wolverine, who has survived a Nuke
@jestersmiles: Garfield is too fast. Maguire might stalemate if Bloodlusted.
Yeah I don't think either has a chance vs Comic version Spiderman.

X3: The Last Stand. Wolverine not only tanks several waves of Phoenix force energy (that left literally everyone within the blast radius vaporized) but stays conscious enough to have a talk-no-jutsu with her at kissing distance, and get the kill.
Has any other Wolverine killed his universes Dark Phoenix?
In the movies, he has a decidedly winning record against Sabertooth, considered his greatest rival in the comics (at least early on)
Also: In X-Men Origins: Wolverine, he gets a clean victory over Deadpool, which comicbook logan does not have lol
(just rustling jimmies with that one)
@darthaznable: Yea I didn't mean retconned but he literally wasnt even the same character after the movie came out
@rickythanos: Which is accredited to PIS and shows that Dark Pheonix can't manipulate adamantium not that Wolverine can resist molecular manipulation. Phoenix was swirling things and vaporizing fodder and guns.
If you're talking about live action, probably none. Cartoon movies might. Damian from his cartoon can beat his comic version. Battle of the Gods Goku is stronger than he was in the manga
I still need to read more Green Arrow comics before solidifying my answer, but CW Arrow is a definite possibility.
MCU Cap is really only lacking in true super soldier speed, his other physicals are all up to par, and his H2H is phenomenal.
Also Nolan Bane since he doesn't feel pain.

Yeah definitely. Movie Blade would rekt Tomb of Dracula Blade. Although blade had quite a few good feats when he was human during his Nightstalkers and Blade the Vampire Hunter series (Vol 1 since it was before the movies). Deflecting bullets with a flail, blocking the penance stare point blank with his sword, deflecting bullets with his sword, matching a century old vampire in swordsmanship, breaking free from an amped Deacon Frost by just flexing, out running explosions and gunfire. Also besting vampires through sheer skill.

No, Wolverine's skin burned off the bone and regenerated faster than it was burning. It wasn't his adamantium that saved him, it was his healing factor.
Of course it was PIS (Come on. WOLVERINE one-shots the freakin' DARK PHOENIX?!). His hair survived.
But, PIS can only exist in isolation. If it occurs frequently, it's not PIS anymore; it's the character being severely overpowered, which this wolverine definitely is. That's exactly why he pwns comic wolverine.
@travistouchdown: True, he's mach 3200+.
CW Damien Darhk, CW Malcolm Merlyn, Sebastian Shaw (First Class), DOFP Quicksilver, maybe Ozymandias, possibly Captain America and Winter Soldier depending on how they look in Civil War, and that's all I can think of off the top of my head
Mcu captain america could beat his original self. He is just as fast but stronger. Comic version is a better fighter though. This is not ultimate cap. I also think dr. Manhattan could probably beat his comic book version.
DOFP Quicksilver maybe
Thor. He's a city buster.
He can prolly speedblitz comic Thor too.
