Whis because he is written to be OP.

Buu can survive in space for long periods of time, meaning he doesn't need to breathe. If he can freeze time before Whis is able to blitz him, there's no way he would lose.

Guldo doesn't need to get absorbed to stomp Whis.

@thedarkpaladin: I really don't see a way of Buu winning. Turning Whis to candy won't work as we saw with Vegito. Whis is most likely too powerful to be absorbed. If Buu can hold his breath indefinitely it would basically just be him knocking Whis around forever. I don't think Whis would ever die, lol.

Under normal circumstances, I would agree. He should be more than capable of putting up a barrier, similar to what Vegetto did. However, since time would be frozen for him, that probably wouldn't be an option.

I absolutely agree. Buu probably wouldn't be able to kill him with blunt force damage or ki blasts, but his hax should be enough.

He seemed pretty confident about absorbing Vegetto, even though Vegetto was far superior.

Vegetto showed some resistance against Buu's Candy Beam, but ultimately, the beam was successful in turning him into candy, which was the main point.
