This would be a pretty close fight, but idk who wins really, but it sure ain't a stomp for either, I can tell you that much

But if it were pre-Wildstorm Captain Atom, it would drop to about 7/10 in favor of Captain Atom, so Blue Marvel might take an occasional round here.
