Lord of the Ring characters are irrelevant. Both would get shot. Nightcrawler solos.

Nightcrawler mvp with Legolas as good backup, especially since it's no prior knowledge and they are in the woods and have no knowledge of location. Legolas can find his opponents rather quickly and have Nightcrawler dump them from up high.
