Ok, so I looked this up and it seems to not have been done(at least from what I saw).
Scenario: Death tells Black Star that the soul of any magic user will fit for the witches soul. The first magic user he happens to come across is Natsu. Natsu was told by Makarov that Black Star had kidnapped Lucy. Unknown to them, Death and Makarov have just paired them up to fight to settle a bet(no one will be killed, they will intervene right before anything fatal happens)
@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk black star eats exsplosions that form mushroom clouds casually, and has continually reacted to beams that are speculated to move at lightspeeds, although I myself do not condone this notion unless it's stated the beams is constructed of light itself, but yet and still there are the afterimages that have physical mass and fight along side black star that add to his versality along with his many different weapon transformations. Besides natsu is not as combat savvy as his opponent nor tsubaki.
Speed/Reflexes - Black Star deflects light after it's been fired, so dodging lasers is something he's well beyond. He's also caught light and thrown them back at his opponents. He can move so fast that he doesn't even leave blurs or afterimages, he just simply disappears. He can also create after images that actually have mass. He doesn't even put effort into dodging supersonic attacks anymore.
Strength - Capable of throwing 20-40 tons of rock several kilometers without any sort of amplification to his person.
Durability - Can swallow mushroom cloud producing-building leveling attacks and spit them out with little damage to himself. Tanks RPG/Grenade blasts without any issue.
Willpower - Very determined, but weak against mental assault.
I usually vote with Black Star unless someone can show me something impressive to put his opponents above him. He can attack someone's soul directly, move at remarkable speeds, clone himself, project powerful energy blasts, and can strike with tremendous force. Add to that his remarkable versatility, and he's a powerhouse.
Black Star can move so fast he leaves afterimages that are not only afterimages, but they have mass and will harm the person they are attacking if they go unblocked.
Notice how he just disappears.

And that's only one of a dozen other abilities of equal strength.
Alright. I see how most of you be bashing natsu saying he'd get his ass kicked. Its no secret that its happened to him in the past, BUT natsu has beaten opponents WAY stronger than him even not in DF .(Zero,Zancrow,Cobra,Lyon etc) I'm sure this is not an exception to his line of unpredicted wins. He emptied All of his magic just to be able to eat Zancrows god slayer flames. While still in them. I stick with my boy natsu on this one
Although it doesn't necessarily pertain to his striking strength:
Completely redirects blast from gajeel.
Next:
Destroys phantom guild fortress.
Now let me show his feat of destroying a mountain.
This busted right through a small mountain, now before you say it didn't destroy it completely, take into consideration that natsu can increase the precision of his flames. So if he was in the air and he shot the blast towards the mountain, its likely that the mountain would have taken far more damage instead of it being scratched on the surface.
Like i said above natsu can increase the precision of his flames, they don't have to be super sloppy like they sometimes are do the AoE can vary. so that means his full power blasts can bust mountains potentially
Look at the AoE in this scan:

See the area of effect of his blast? that means if he had an area of a effect like this when using lighting flame dragon roar instead of piercing the mountain it would have engulfed it. and since the power was enough to easily plow through obviously with such a large spread it would probably destroy the mountain if not hollow it out in a similar fashion to this:
skip to 1:27 Now take note im not saying his blast would be on the same power as the bastard in this video(dragon ball feats are crazy high even in the saiyan arc i'd be stupid to say that.) im saying it would have a similar destructive effect, look at the ground after gohan destroys the mountain. Now go back to my last post and look at when natsu shoots the lightning flame roar. look at the final scan. you can see the ground is being torn apart.

Well as you can see in the first two scans, he engulfed his hands in order to enhance the power of his punch. Early in the series it was stated that fire increases the destructive properties of his attacks. Which would explain allot.
That helps my case that striking strength and physical strength are two different things: to further prove this point here is a link.
Speed/reaction time.
Now for some simple reaction time feats.

Scans 1-2: Zarti(ultear) launches an orb at natsu that should at least be launched at hypersonic speeds, and later on he casually reacts to this.
Scan 3: the famous feat of natsu dodging a laser. Dodging lasers after their fired is a hypersonic+ speed feat.
He done this just as easily when he was fighting jellal as well. Also natsu has dodged missiles.

Now one other feat he had was the grip strike:
He must have made this after his fight with jackal, after touching a target he make an explosion from his hand, this could play a factor in close combat like it did in these scans.
And take note this is dragon force natsu like you said that means he will be severely amped. A non-dragon force amped natsu did two things the first thing was this:
look at the shockwave being created by his punch alone
Natsu slammed a dragon through a ridiculously durable door that had no scratches no matter who tried to destroy it. And this very same gate can store energies rivaling etherion. And can keep dragons from coming out as long as the door is closed. So yeah we can get a good idea on how durable the door is. Natsu slammed rogue and his dragon straight through this door.

Since dragon force increases one's power by several times, and the only times he went dragon force is when he ate large quantities of magic(A.K.A etherion) or when he ate a golden flame from jellal which apparently was far different from your everyday flame, this means that natsu could easily achieve these feats in dragon force.
Oh and i just wanted to show one more feat of physical strength.

He can overpower large opponents like makarov in his titan form. The same guy who one shotted hades' giant airship with a kick.

Natsu breaks free of a likely enhanced version of it which restrained both of his hands.
Blackstar will stomp Natsu so hard that he will forget Nakama power up.
BlackStar is way too fast for Natsu. He has blitzed Mifune mid in the manga, someone who casually block Azusa's bullet which was fired in his blind spot. Don't mistaken this bullet with regular bullets, coz Azusa's bullet reached moon and hit Asura in fraction of second before Asura manage to launch any attack.
That feat alone makes BlackStar hilariously way too fast for Natsu.
And BlackStar don't need Tsubaki (with her its an Ultra mega super duper stomp) either as he can attack a person's soul directly. He was able to knock out Frankestein with his big wave before. Natsu is a joke compare to Frankestein's soul base resistance, which Natsu have none.
Meaning one Big Wave and Natsu is a gonner.
Anyway I can go one but actual reason of why BlackStar stomps is dude is Big for Natsu or anyone. LOL

This is very tough on one hand Black star is capable of eating and spitting back out mountain level attacks and capable of lifting a tooth from the moon. While Natsu at best destroyed a giant "god" with one punch which is about mountain level without any powerups and melted a giant stadium. Tbh it's only whoever lands the first hit wins the fight.
