Cap, barely. With equipment, Black Panther wins

Captain America wins.

Captain America wins this one with feats demonstrated so far, it is implied and shown that Captain America is far more skilled than BP at the time of Civil War. He is probably stronger, more agile, faster, and better overall physical stats.

I don't recall T' Challa having any super strength feats (i.e., Cap kicked a car into an opponent). T'Challa appeared (?) to have the superior fighting skill, by a bit, but the strength feats appear to go to Cap. So, Cap maybe?

IMO, this could go either way.

Looking at how they performed against Winter Soldier-mindset Bucky, Black Panther would barely win. It's kind of confusing though. Winter Soldier stalemates Cap in first fight, then loses the next, then beats him with almost no effort in Civil War....

@acrokat: IIRC Cap wasn't fight back as hard in the last fight.

I'd say stalemate in H2H. T'Challa was stated by the Russo to be enhanced, specifically pointing to his 2nd fight against Bucky (without his Vibranium armor) as an example. His stats should be scaled from Caps to be about even (whoever has the advantage it's small) based on his performance against Cap and Bucky.

@dstreet45: Honestly I think Panther's fighting style would give him the win in hand to hand. Also he's more agile and flexible so I think that gives him another advantage.

Cap wins. More feats; specifically strength and durability. Wait until after T'Challa's solo movie and maybe he'll trump Cap.

T'Challa without armor did better against Bucky than Cap WITH his Shield. I'd say without the Shield Cap is gonna lose more than win.

I could see that.

That's really not a fair comparison. I don't take anything away from T'Challa's fight with Bucky, but both fights had totally different circumstances.

@static_shock: How? Cap was fighting Bucky without knowing who he was and T'Challa was fighting Bucky to kill him. You could argue that T'Challa was better because bloodlust and that's a valid argument, but Cap was going all out too and even lost his Shield inbetween. Also he was stabbed in the shoulder.

I'm really talking about the circumstances that Bucky was under. He was trying to kill Cap. Against T'Challa, he wasn't trying to kill, and was being programmed to do a mission. Hence, his disappearance before T'Challa could finish him off in their second fight.

Tchalla should be able beat Cap in a strict h2h match-up..Given what he was able to do to both..But like others have said Tchalla dosent have nearly enough feats to compete with MCU Cap..So far now due to having way impressive more feats i give this one to Cap.

Panther quite handily. He did get somewhat better of cap in CW - although they only had a brief scuffle & were near even. However, comparing the fights they had with bucky show that BP has quite an edge in skill. But again, one could say that cap held back against bucky, but still.

Cap probably has the better durability, but the speed goes to BP, as he was able to more than keep up with the speed of 2 super soldiers with weight of suit on.

So:

Strength - Near even , possible edge to cap or stalemate

Durability - Cap from what seen so far

Speed - Slight edge to Panther

Skill - Slight edge to Panther

Experience - Stalemate or cap.

Hence, I declare panther the winner.
