how do you know he isnt that powerful ? when was a limit ever expressed on his power ? and dont say because he doesnt have the on panel feats either... because there are a lot of characters who dont have a wealth of on panel feats who are see as Very Powerful still....

how can missles overwhelm someone who is basically indestructable to physical attacks ? dont make sense... and the other points you made dont really deal with the point of Manhattan's limitless Molecular Manipulation abilities... which is key here...
He ripped some tanks apart and for a few weeks blasted the people of Vietnam Surfer ripped Gods apart and blasted planets Phoenix blinks stars out I would hardly call his abilities "limitless" "
You Missed The Point... the reason Manhattan doesnt have Massive Feats under his Belt is because he doesnt have anyone to exploit these powers against in his Arc... the point is Manhattan's Molecular Manipulation is his primary attack when faced with Confrontation... and its never failed at any point... it doesnt have a limit because it was never shown or expressed...
Silver Surfer has over 30 years of comics where he was able to show various feats on panel where Manhattan was only featured in a Mini Series... keep that in mind also...
I think it's a stalemate; Adam can't reasonably harm Manhattan and I don't see how Manhattan could bypass Adam's mystical energy to keep him down and out.

Dr M has only appeared in one comic right(?). Therefore we must take the Watchmen as Gospel (which I and my family already do), and Dr M can't Time Travel!!! He would have save JFK if he could..........

I think he is overrated by people who don't read comics only watch the movies

It should always be cross checked because anyone can edit a wikia
dr m has no feats no real battles against other powerful characters so i give it a stalemate because dr m wouldnt know what to do and ba would try to kill dr m but will fell unable to harm dr m and go stomp some other character instead.
