That would be Big Boss, not Cap. And either way, Bucky isn't going to last long enough against either of the Snakes to ensure a victory.

@beaconofstrength: Unless there are feats I don't know about then no, Cap had better feats. And Bucky has feats to suggest he's not really that far below anyone here, like stomping Batroc and Crossbones or giving Daredevil difficulty.

But Batroc and Crossbones are only impressive because they can give Bucky and Cap trouble. So the measuring stick for Bucky and Cap is... themselves?

Sneaking up on Wolverine (kinda piss like, but still) and actually giving him trouble also come to mind. Outright taking Logan out during WWII (before Wolverine's training and got the drop on him, but still) and then taking Logan down from afar (however temporarily) with ballistics. All impressive.

Snakes

The Snakes. They fought far more powerfull superhuman beings. Cap is on the absoulute human peak ( the best a human can achieve physically in strength ) and Winter Soldier is tust like Cap. But the Snakes fought way more powerfull supersoldiers such as the cobra unit, the snakehound unit aswell as the most advanced Metal Gear unit the B&B CORPS and Solid Snake was around 84 when he fought the B&B corps. Also in Twin Snakes its able to see how Solid Snake can fight against a superhuman Cyborg as he fought and beated Gray Fox.

In H2H the Snakes would obliterate with CQC. They win, no contest.
