My point is it wasn't Arceus' power that created the Creation Trio, it was Unown and Arceus was basicaly capable of controling Unowns inorder to create them

Considering even a little girl was able of creating a Entei while using Unowns power unknowingly it makes sense
Actually it's heavily Implied that the Unown are actually an extension of Arceus (which would explain why their dimension is between time and space and below Arceus' realm) and many believe the Unown to be his supposed 1000 arms. When creating a new dragon Arceus actually channel's summons them with its will, and channel's it's power through them. That being said anything his creations can do, he can do too (w/o the Unown). The energies that the Unown have when they are all gathered together are therefore nothing more than leftover energy they have from their creator.
Arceus should stomp anybody who doesn't have toon force. He is omnipotent, his only weakness is the plates that make him weaker but when he has all of them he's invincible
