Which version of seiya?
Bronze Pegasus should lose
But the God cloth one... wins, handily
@perethorn: @thedarkpaladin: Cloth has no impact on how powerful a Saint is. Their power comes from their Cosmo not their cloths
Cloths are recognition of power they all ready have.
Seiya was still wearing a bronze cloth but had surpassed many of the gold saints and at the end of the series Athena allowed him to wear her cloth temporarily.

True. Even during the beginning of the series we see Bronze Saints taking down Silver Saints.
But saying that Cloths have no impact on a Saints offensive or defensive power is pushing it.
@thedarkpaladin: No it isn't it's true. Their cloths don't do anything. None of their special attacks are connected to their armor. Nor does their durability change.
Cloth is basically just a rank.

The Cloth is meant to protect the Saint's body. This is information found in the first few chapters.
Not only that, but it helps the Saint burn their Cosmos to a much greater extent than they normally would without it. It basically helps the Saint reach their full potential.
@thedarkpaladin: and yet we've seen Gold Saints execute their may powerful attacks even without their gold clothes and even an Athena exclamation
We've also seen Seiya massively outclass gold saints while still wearing a bronze

That's beside the point. You claiming that Cloths don't do anything is obviously not true, since not only are they meant to protect the Saint's body, but they also help burn their Cosmos to a greater extent and utilize their full potential.
@thedarkpaladin: for the purposes of differentiating Seiya in the battle boards, they are meaningless
He's the same guy regardless of the armor he's wearing.
If they want to argue version they need to specify by arc or series or even age
