Beast could win but laura has better weapons and kills/fights more often. So she would win 6.5/10 fights. Now if beast was morals off maybe it would work

X-23 is the killer here... I actually wish Beast would fight more... he's such a badass.

If Beast does go completely feral/animal what ever with morals off and bloodlust it could get ugly though.

Laura eviscerates.

Laura's superior skills, healing factor, and adamantium claws give her the win. Since Beast is blood lusted in this fight he's going to make it interesting. I remember a time when he fought Wolverine in the X-Mansion and he can be formidable when he puts his mind to it and stops being a kindly scientist/doctor.

Beast knows a lot of stuff about science and can calculate with the best of them, Laura knows where to cut... and here, thats all that matters.
