All prep battles between these two have been locked so i can't reply with a comment. 2 weeks prep each, since bats would get stomped without it. I think batman would win because he created the brother eye surveillance satellite, the justice league teleporter and even has his own nuke. Batman is also the better tactician, and is more cunning. Oh yeah, and iron man vs an EMP?
People are going to say Batman gets his Insider Suit with his prep, and Iron Man gets his Bleeding Edge armour with his prep.
In that fight, I'll always side with the Bleeding Edge.

Yes, it's a very close fight when both have prep, but i still think bats is a better tactician, with stark having more science and engineering knowledge. Hmm fair enough, but batman is just one of those characters that could kill him and not be in the same country, with his nuke, or from the jla watchtower, etc. His cunning is a big advantage that people overlook when comparing intelligence or strategic knowledge.

Batman can BFR him with the boom tube fist ..... he went from earth to pluto with that thing, also a mother box can help with hacking or defense from hacking, not saying he'd win overall but he's got legit prep resources, like the Superman suit he has to mimic Superman's powers and abilities. If he put together a mixture of these technologies he could contend with a prepped Iron Man in his Bleeding Edge suit.

Ironman every time i don't know when people are going to stop making threads between these two because they all end in ironman winning. The op was talking about Batman's resources when ironman has similar ones but are better like a time machine satalites that took out world war hulk and lots of other resources that would stomp batman. Even if bats had prep and ironman didn't it would probably be a 5/10 matchup
