Batman vs Deathstroke?

Im pretty sure Slade would win if it was just a hand to hand fight with no gadgets or any sort of tech.

DS beats the bats.

@wolverine08: WOlvie, skill only makes a difference when you are fighting against an unskilled fighter. Batman should get murdered by Deathstroke. It is like asking who'd win between Mike Tyson with the Super soldier serum vs Muhammad Ali with no super soldier serum.

But say Batman shows up with the full family; Nightwing, Huntress, both Robins, etc...

I think they'd edge Slade.

There is the issue of Batman beating people like Bane and JPV and Cassandra Cain in Canon.

Bane and JPV both have shown enhanced physicals comparable to Slade in terms of raw strength and speed. Both have been defeated by a serious Batman.

Neither came equipped with Slade's mental enhancements, nor did either come with Slade's very high durability armor. Both had limited range of skills, but we're master's of their own martial arts style.

My point is that it has always been the combo of gear and enhancements that give Slade the win in most threads. And a little bit of WIS when he does not.

The Dixon fight was glaring in the lack of skill shown by either one. With Slade doing better by overwhelming physicals. While unenhanced? With no memories? Which contradicts the entire point of him being there? With Batman sniping someone as the conclusion to the fight?

Yet Slade does not have a jobber force he projects on all his opponents.

All things aside, Slade should win most encounters due to gear and powers. The plot armor is more op than Caps plot shield.

@clark_el: Slade is faster than Bats, of course he would be faster than Bane. But Man Bat has superhuman speed with his strength, but no skill. And Bats has fought Scarebeast with gear and won, superhuman strength and speed and fear toxin secretions.

He has owned Ferak(mutate created by poison Ivy with superhuman strength and speed).

He has beaten Zeiss in hand to hand. Zeiss who was surgically enhanced with superhuman visual perception and reflexes. He was able to see and react to the world in slow motion.

He beat Cassandra Cain before she was able to talk. Someone who at that point had better combat speed due to body reading.

Th list goes on and on of people that Batman has taken to school who were faster or stronger than Slade. I could give a laundry list of individuals who are more skilled.

Not arguing that Bruce wins, because he does not. But, the fights they have had always had that whiff of the usual PIS.

Batman also beat DS in Arkham Origins, and in Injustice Gods Among us storyline. Batman always beats the crap out of DS in other media. Straight to DVD movies ,video games ,tv animated shows.If DS has the strength of ten men - ten average guys, he isnt much better than Batman. It should be noted that batman's striking power is far beyond human limits. Ds has healing factor, but so does the Talon, and Batman beat him after being starved for eight days, stabbed in the gut with huge knife, an psychologically tortured. As Green Arrow said, they fight the same way, but I'm going with the guy who beat the crap out of Superman. As Future Superman said he got tired of Batman doing just that in Superman/Batman Public Enemies. .

Those fights were pretty stupid. Beware The Batman wasn't a very good show, and Son of Batman was horrible movie that made Deathstroke a punching bag.

DS 1 (there first battle)

Batman 7 (there rematch, batman/superman #1 annual, infinite crisis, Beware the batman, son of batman, Arkham Origins, Injustice)

If DS fanboys/girls want only comic examples it would still be Batman winning 1-3

Slade isn't that much stronger and he has never beat the entire JLA, only hold his own against 5 B/C listers (Black Cannery, Zatanna, Green Arrow, Hawk man, Green Lantern) before he was tackled. Batman on the other hand has beat the entire JLA 3 times (Batman confidential #53, Batman Endgame, and tower of Babble). Bats also stomped the Teen Titans once.

Batman >or =Slade and just for the record Bane can beat DS.

Batman won in infinite crisis with the help of nightwing, and robin, in an off panel fight Slade may have lost on purpose. Batman/superman annual was a cheap shot.

No there was a huge swarm of fighting and batman, nightwing, and Tim went after Slade.

@jashro44: I thought Nightwing was defeated by Alexander Luther and Batman took one of Slades guns and almost killed him for it after the battle or was that a different comic. And you must admit Tim Drake isn't very good at martial arts.

That was after Slade was defeated. Alex tried blasting batman, and nightwing took the blast.

Let's put it this way batman for now on knows deathstroke so it's even now in my opinion batman has beaten him before a few times and can do it again when you don't no someone like slade to start with and your batman then obvs you would be screwed but as I said he knows him more now and can go either way
