Batman vs Blade

This is Arkham City Batman fighting Movie Blade.

Round 1: Batman has 90 minutes prep time, and knowledge of Blade's powers, skills and equipment to hunt Blade after he accidentally kills a human in Gotham. Batman tracks him into one of Blade's underground bunkers, Whistler is absent. Blade has 5 minutes prep time when Batman enters the Bunkers scanner radius. Morals on

Round 2: Batman with usual equipment, Blade with his. Begin midday Times square 20 feet apart. No prior knowledge on opponent.

@rogueshadow: yeah I'm suprised nobody said anything but I'm just gonna say batman because he's used to dealing with these kinda of opponents in the game and elsewhere(the al ghul ninjas, ta al ghul himself in the demon trials, etc). I don't know I just feel batman is just so experienced with so many different kinds of enemies that he will figure out blade pretty quickly

Blade is a bullet-timer and is much more durable than Batman is, especially the Arkham games version. Batman probably has the better toys, but Blade will be able to dodge or tank most of them, and if they get up close it's far more in Blade's favour. It would be a tough fight, for both men, but Blade is definitely winning this in the end.

Blade would kill Bruce in seven seconds up close.

Blade. Much faster. Much stronger. Much more durable. Healing factor. Marksman. Swordsman. able to drain Batman of blood if need be.
If not a stomp, easy majority.

Guys come on he has 90 mins prep time and detailed knowledge of Blade's powers.

Batman, for the first time is being under estimated. Now there is no doubt who has the best attributes, but I would argue that most of the time Blade is killing vampires that require him to touch them with silver ect. He would probably defeat Batman in a random encounter, but 90 mins of prep is easily enough to prepare for Blade seeing how Batman has battled similar people in the past. I would say Batman would hold fairly well in H2H due to his experience, and is usually in situations where people physically outmatch him.

90 minutes of prep is enough for Batman, coming from someone who doesn't enjoy saying Batman wins due to his fanbase overrating him. But movie Blade isn't as good as comic counterpart, whereas Arkham City counterpart is just as intelligent as skilled, showing good fighting skills and agility. Batman has versed enemies who have projectile weapons, but Blade rarely does.

Not much lol. Blade can lift 1 ton, Batman can bench press around 1500 lbs. Batman has moved faster than eye can follow, in his suit he's more durable than Blade, he's completely bulletproof.

I don't think either Blade nor Batman have strength feats that high in the movies/games.

Blade in the movie moved faster than the eye could follow, but I don't know much about game-Batman's stats.

Blades suit is also completely bulletproof... have you actually seen the movies?

1. Blade is pretty good at preparation himself, but alas, I've not seen him rival anything Batman has done. So, as painful as it is for me to admit, since I hate the character with a passion, Batman clearly wins this round.

2. Blade, for obvious reasons, has the upperhand this round. Stronger, faster, more durable, regenerative, enhanced senses, the whole nine-yards of a Human-Vampire Hybrid. The guy is basically Deadpool, and isn't insane.

Hmm I'll have to go with blade, much more durable.

I'm actually inclined to give round 1 to Blade. He has home turf advantage and initially knows where Batman is. Unless Batman can bring some hail-mary tech, I don't see what chance he has. He can know all about Blade, but it doesn't change anything. Blade is also a master at stealth, so it evens out.

Round 2 obviously goes to Blade.

I give it to Blade, unless we're talking Crimson Mist Batman. That would be an interesting battle

@sirmethos: I was just about to say this. Just because it's Batman, in a debate he can't be given equipment another version has. Arkhamverse Batman is good, but he isn't a prep master or anything.

Batman may have knowledge about Blades powers, but with 90 minutes there's pretty much nothing he can do.

When he had to synthesise the antivenom, in the original Arkham asylum game, it took him hours.

Considering that, Blade takes both rounds, he's physically superior to such a degree, that the only chance Batman has of winning, is if Blade by accident kills himself.

@kainboa: @sirmethos: Not compared to comics, but still formidable, to cure the Titan in a matter of hours is very impressive, this is a different setup, plus he has Oracle to help etc He could take this in my opinion, he could scope out the place, set traps an the like, he's not just going to run at Blade like a chump.

Blade both rounds. Round two is obvious but round even round one dosen´t change all too much. 90 minutes is not enough prep to even the odds because knowledge is not everything....i could have perfect knowledge about a navy seal but that wouldn´t change that fact that he woops my ass in a battle.

Blade stomps, Arkham verse Batman doesn't have prep feats to suggest he can make something of it like comic Batman can, Wesly Snipes wrecks him faster than he did his tax credit.

@rogueshadow: You seem to misunderstand the scenario.

Batman has 90 minutes of preptime before he goes after blade, once he actually arrives at Blade's warehouse he isn't prepping any more, he's actively hunting Blade.

He doesn't usually set traps when he's chasing down one of his targets, in their own home.

This is not comic book blade. This looks like the first two blade films. Blade at the end of Trinity would stomp hard. No weaknesses whatsoever.

Arkham verse Batman uses more tech than New 52. He would definitely win the prep fight, and would get one per two wins in a random encounter.

If the films had Blade using adamantium, this would be a wash for Blade in both rinds.

But Arkhamverse Batman is too much for Blade... Bat has better skill and tech house, Arkhamverse Batman take Clayface,Bane(3X),Croc,Ra's Al Ghul,Deadshot,Joker,Harley,Two Face and many many thugs, ninjas etc etc.. in one night..

Blade cuts Bruce in half round 2. Round 1 i give 50/50 To both. I think it could go either way, yes batman has prep but its not a very long period of time. If Batman had 24 hours Batman all day everyday.

What prep feats does Arkham Batman have? He either makes a gadget on the fly or sends for it from the Bat cave. Speaking of which, having a Bat cave on Arkham Island isn't a prep feat.

Batman definitely doesn't have better durability after the beating Blade took from Nomak and still managed to barely win. Getting his head smashed through stone and slammed at into steel walls and bending them are better than Batman's durability.

Regardless the OP went pretty damn far to nerf Blade and buff Batman.

I've been through Arkham City twice, without getting hit. Except the part with two-face, The joker, and the stuff the game had to let happen. I'd go with Batman here. It's arguable that a couple villains in the game could take blade. PS... I loved those Blade movies.

Blade ! , blade kills all types of vampires even superhyped ones , Batman dodging vampire speed, i think not . Blade's jump is insane ... he would crisis drop ontop of batman with a kill .

Blade is too much physically but Batman has a chance due to gear.
