If Clark also gets prep, he dismantles Bruces kryptonite ray satellite, superspeeds into the batcave and takes the kryptonite and key to the fortress he gave him back, changes the locks on the fortress anyway, asks Diana for training/help and spends the rest of the time sun dipping.
Clark knows bruce, and if he wanted to fight him he wouldn't underestimate him. he knows the way he plans for everything.
If superman was smart any fight he would ever have with Batman would start with him flying into space as fast as he can, beyond satellite range and use his enhanced vision and heat vision to make Batman a smoking crater.

why would clark bother with all that when he could just get his radiation proof suit and just punch bat's head off?
Remember the Comic Vine rule guys - If there are dogs, they always win. As both teams have dogs, it's a stalemate. But, the other rule of Comic Vine also applies here - if Batman has prep, he always wins. This rule outrules the dog rule, giving the win to Batman.
