Batman from the dark knight trilogy vs the punisher from the Netflix series Daredevil

1 hour prep time

Fight takes place in the sewers where bane and batman fought in the dark knight rises

Punisher should win this with ease

Don't see Frank losing. Long range, he wins- medium range, he wins. CQC, he wins.

The only way I see Bafman winning is via stealth

Punisher stomps his ass so bad Christopher Nolan has to step in.

1 hour prep? Frank brings a big gun. Bruce brings a tank.

This. Plus better gear/prep. I know people are wowed by the Frank prison fight, but Bruce did the exact same thing pre-league training except there, they actually all jumped him at once, not 1 - 2 vs 1 in a corridor, he did the same at the docks in Begins except again all at once and far more, he took on four armour wearing, sword wielding LoS ninja at once, he stomped through 7 men to get to Maroni in TDK etc.

@klbro123: I wouldn't really say that batman was that much better, he fought slow, punisher at least had some speed in his movement plus the fact he fought mobsters after frequent injury with a lack of armor, managed too fight daredevil to a standstill, and i would say daredevil in his full armor is the same level as batman.

@hulkbuster94: did we watch the same movie? Batman was ridiculously quick. By far stronger. And more impressive in everyway he'd take daredevil and punisher at the same time.

Nolan Batman is not a martial artist, Punisher is very skilled (coming from a Batman fan but Netflix Punisher was pretty impressive).

@nonokranendonk: How is batman not a martial artist? If frank can't shoot batman he is going to lose.

Nolan's Batman was more like a boxer than anything else (it's been a while since I've seen the movies so I could very well be proven wrong).

@nonokranendonk: Nolanman wasn't acting like a boxer until the third movie. He was very much a martial artist all the way through, but with that said I still have to go with punisher.

One hour prep time in the same place he fought Bane in the sewers, only way he can win is hand to hand but Punisher isn't going to let him get close enough to be disarmed. He's been playing the vigilante game too long for that, the only reason he has ever lost in the Batman vs Punisher one offs is because Batman would die if they portrayed it legit and that's by their own admission.

A lot of his best feats happen in batman begins IMO. They used the Keysi fighting style:

Uh Batman wins. He just stealths Punisher (knocks out the lights) and proceeds to blitz him/blindside him and beat him in H2H.

Batman with or without prep. Though it'd be a good fight without prep IMO.

And when he moves to throw a batarang Frank shoots him in the jaw.

With the prep time, stealth, and armor, Nolan Bats can win. Though Punisher will be tough as nails with all those weapons, ruthlessness, and marksmanship. Both had decent H2H feats. I can see either winning until MCU Punisher gets more showings in his solo series. For now, I'll give Batman the narrow 6/10 edge.

both is a high diff fight. but i think the punisher can kill batman if he use shotgun right through batman mouth

OP doesn't mention starting distance, therefor they start fairly close and within line of sight, Nolan Bats is good, but he's not some stealth god capable of disappearing when someone is looking right at him.

LOL this is actually hilarious. Everyone is riding the Punisher's d***. Batman is a lot smarter remember that. He exploits weaknesses. You think he's just gonna let punisher shoot him? Get real

He doesn't have a choice about getting shot. They start within sight of eachother, and I got ten bucks on Frank being able to raise his arm and pull the trigger a whole heck of a lot faster than Bruce can get out of the way. Nolan Bruce never went up against a marksmen like Frank, not without already being out of sight and with the advantage of surprise, he has neither of those here.

Well . . .

In TDKR he got away from a slew of trained killers shooting at him with automatic rifles. I think that constitutes the ability of getting away from trained shooters while engaged in battle and with bum knee. Like let's get real here. I know majority of Viner's hate batman, i see it a lot.

Batman wins... He's underrated IMO ... He took down a whole swat team in minutes

I'd give Bats the majority with these rules and enviroment
