Batman Beyond (Terry McGinnis) Vs. Batman(Dick Grayson)

They're in character, but convinced the other is a villian.
They have an hour to prepare.
No beyond suit, no utility belt, it's in a deserted city floating outside of time.
Dick Grayson is the Dick Grayson we know as Batman currently and Terry is the JLU Epilogue guy.
Hand to Hand fight.
KO is a win. 
No help from outside forces.

Dick, we didn't see how advanced he was, but he's not going to be as skiilled as Dick simply because who's going to train Terry an 80 year old Bruce? 

I have to be honest... since that Batman Beyond Hush thing, I really want to see this fight, it would be awesome.

Dick Grayson wins.

Dick because his entire life has been spent training his body and mind. He was an acrobat then Robin then he was on his own as Nightwing. 
Terry was just a fairly average, normal kid before becoming Batman.

Terry could possibly take it, but its more speculation that he wins due to no real feats at what he can do as an adult. where as Dick has solid evidence

Dick. Since he has no suit. But Terry with his suit wins a pure 10/10 over Dick.

Grayson. He Has More Training Than Terry.

I'm sorry folks but all those that refuse to vote for him are just doing it because they know he can beat any member of the Batman-Family aside from Bruce Wayne himself.

the problem is we dont know how much better terry has gotten as an adult in the prologue. their arent any feets to suggest what he is capable of. but assming he did everything that they did terry might win because he was roughly thirty in the epilogue right?

It doesn't matter. Terry by no means, has the same amount of training as Dick had as well as experience.

Dick was Robin and Batman and is now Nightwing as well as being the leader of the Teen Titans. Dick has faced against meta-humans and even beings considered to be Gods and still survived. His ability to adapt to his enemy is so much more vast than Terry.

Terry is in the time where Bruce Wayne is extremely extremely old or at least in JLU epilgue episode (Damian Wayne is supposed to have taken the Batman mantle and is training Terry). Unfortunately, due to Bruce being so much older than he was when Dick was a successor, Terry will not have gone through the same training or even close to the same amount of training, even though Terry is Batman's blood.

Dick will destroy Terry. If Terry had his futuristic Bat Suit, he would stand a chance but as for the settings, Terry will just be another street punk to Dick.

That was Terry still as a teen.

Scans 1-4 is the first fight. Scan 5 is the second fight they had.

Adult Terry is just pure speculation though but he SHOULD fare much better but doesn't have anything to back it up aside from taking out some guards.

Thisbone is a bit hard i mean if we were talking a kut teenage terry dick grason could whipe the floor with him but were talking abkut an adult terry who im guessing hasnt been slouching throughout the yes so as far as we know an adult terry could be as dick grasons level or pretty damn close. So in my opinion this is a tie
