-Win by death or KO. Tactical retreat is an option

-Fight takes place in Amegakure

Marvel wins and hopefully Damian dies before the Batfamily retreats

Batman solos and kills Damian.

Anyways, Team 2 should win based on gear and actual fighting prowess. Taskmaster competes with Batman as far as gadgets and combat gear goes. Cassandra Cain, even though she's extremely skilled, is lacking a good amount of gear to level a little bit the advantage Deadpool and Taskmaster have over the other team overall. Likewise, Deadpool is superior to Nightwing in almost all relevant fields besides skill to the point he should be able to take on both Nightwing and Damian at the same time. Daredevil should be able to hold his own against Batman while Taskmaster takes on Cassandra Cain ultimately double teaming Batman.

Huh? O.o

@ghostravage: I'm kidding. I think he can take Deadpool or Daredevil one-on-one, but he'd lose to Taskmaster in the same setup. He certainly can't take any combination of the three.

Taskmaster or Deadpool alone could potentially take out any three of them.. Daredevil is unnecessary, but welcomed!

Um... Deadpool has been harmed several times by punches and kicks just fine. Why would they be unable to harm him. Do you mean the damage they could possibly deliver wouldn't be long lasting on Deadpool?

Deadpool can't take 3 of them. That's a massive stretch on his potential, specially if you don't specify which 3 you mean, as Batman himself can beat Deadpool just fine. Taskmaster can't take on all of them by himself unless he has preparation. Daredevil is every bit of necessary as the other 2.

deadpool out stats any one member of the dc team. the marvel team wins due to him. also, taskmaster's skill set make him a nightmare for the dc team.
