Bane vs T-800

Bane on Venom. Pre and New 52 Feats.

T-800 with .45 Pistol and 9mm Uzi. Expanded Universe Feats (Canon with Movies, no Crossover crap).

Battle here. start 100 feet apart.

Bane wins.

How does he hurt the T800?

Considering he was able to do that easily without any Venom I'd say he'd probably be able to.

I figure he can do some dodging and tank some hits, I believe he been shot and stabbed before and kept trucking.

I see some stuff about Bane's durability in question, so I'll try and do what I can.

A scan from this got posted earlier, but I figured I'd post the entire thing. Bane didn't care about getting shot in the arm, and continued beating the snot out of fools after the fact. I don't have scans of it but for the rest of this Catman kept asking Bane about his arm bleeding and Bane was just like " What? My arm? What happened to my arm? Nothing is wrong with my arm silly Catman!" so it doesn't seem like he cared all that much about a bullet.

I know his bullet-proof-ness is in question and this doesn't really answer that, but I still feel it's important to show how durable this guy is. After getting hit by 500 + bricks in a torture attempt he still holds strong, gets free of one of his chains, and then takes a bite out of one of his captors. He wasn't on Venom at this point either, so with the substance he'd be able to take even more hits. Pretty impressive for a Street Level character.

He also was able to avoid the League of Assassins and take a hostage rather easily, so he's quite fast for his size.

If Bane is given Venom in this fight I think he totally has a chance against the T-800. If he uses the landscape to his advantage he'd win this, toss rocks towards the T-800 in order to distract it/absorb fire while he closes in for the kill.

Banes H2H skills & Brute Strength would be able to tear the T-800 apart.

Good battle, I vote for Bane but I could see why others would go for the T-800.

@cadencev2: Haha, I'm glad you think so! I always hear about how Bane get's dominated here on the Vine so I've been trying to see if I could debate in his favor here or there.

Sometime in the future we should do a CaV like that :)

The only reason Bane gets dominated is that he is so often put up against guys like Juggernaut or Hulk. Against Street Level characters Bane does pretty well here.

Well, whenever I see a logical Bane thread I'll do my best to debate with honor!

Bane gets Terminated even on venom.

T-800 knocks his nose into his head and makes his brains fall out of his ear drums and says " YOU'RE TERMINATED! "

I feel like bane is way to smart for punisher. He's tanked low caliber bullets before too... and the last time I checked Terminator was into sawed-offs and standard issue SMGs...

From what I remember of watching T-2 the T-800 didn't always hit it's target & it didn't always go for headshots.

that's because it was attacking a T-1000 silly there's no need for head shots, and Terminators go by percentage/real life

there are many variables comic book writers throw out in the window during accuracy feats head shots = less chance of getting depending on circumstances

body shots = higher chance

Bane. The T-800 has been defeated by far less formidable opponents. Bane on Venom is stronger, faster, and also has a slight healing factor. Which Venom does Bane have? If he has the amped one from New 52 I'm tempted to say he stomps.

yes, but all those people knew exactly what they were up against. Bane would go to blitz the T-800 and realize he made a serious mistake by then it would be too late

I just realized Bane gets new and pre 52 feats. Babe could pick up a rock and toss it at the T800 and smash it. As long as he has enough aim dodging feats, he can win this.

I can see both winning. Bane can tank some bullet hits, but even with venom a shotgun to the head (for example) would still blow his head. T-800 has robot aiming, and thats practically perfect aiming. But Bane is damn smart and could use the terrain to his advantage to egt close. Once he is close and manages to get to melee, if he uses venom, i dont see how T-800 can take him.

Not entirely; I basically came to the conclusion that it was a pretty even fight all around. I ended up supporting Bane but I understood why others would disagree and support the T-800.

It's just weird to see such old posts of mine :)

Bane
