Bane has 1 year prep and knows how to use IG . ..

Ok, this was funny the first couple of times, but give it a rest.

I think bane may win here .. he is smart .. has a year to master the IG ... during the gauntlet series LT didn't want to have anything to do with the war and kept away from it ... bane may have this ..

I dont even, anyone who thinks Bane has even the slightest amount of chance here, you know nothing about the Infinity gauntlet series.

Something about Thanos's goals being pure or neccessary,but he later decreed that the gems can never work in unision.

@jaywray: Bane is a genius ... and Living tribunal and eternity stayed out of the fight ... eternity had to come into the fight at the last moment before thanos over took him with EASE ... he literally became him .. thus the downfall of the IG ... next strongest is living tribunal ... so unless i get feats /scans otherwise this isn't an easy fight.

How so? thanos has better feats and is know to be far more intellegent, what has Adam Warlock done to prove he had more skills than Thanos with IG??

As impressive as it is, how does that make him above Thanos or even Nebula. Thanos defeated the whole plethora of abstract with ease as well and even Nebula was tanking their attacks.

Thanos was the first person to know of the IG and he stated he learned everything about if from the well of infinity. I don’t think there has even been a better source of knowledge and I don’t see feats from Adam that would put him above Thanos either.

L.T de-powered the gems on adam warlock with ease after the i.g saga. bane is finished.

You can give the Tribunal the Phoenix force, the Infinty Gauntlet, Mjolnir, and three cosmic cubes, Bane still stomps him. Marvel characters are not on the same playing field as DC.

Living tribunal said it was because thanos only wanted to replace eternity and not interfere with the balance of things and it was nature. So living tribunal didn't interfere. When the order started getting messed up he undid everything and shut the gauntlet off.

The LT felt no need to get involved, had he felt the need, there would no longer be a IG,

LT depowered the IG on 2 different occasions like it was no biggie, he even repowered them so they could work together once more, proving he has the power to take away the IG power AND give it back.

Also Thanos is on a whole different level to Bane, his genius FAR outdoes Banes in every way imaginable.

@sandiego008: They said in Infinity Gauntlet that the Tribunal didn't want to intervene because, even if Thanos were to beat Eternity, that's just natural selection, and that's not a reality crime or something. Also it would have ruined the series if LT got involved and just trashed Thanos.

LT should win with ease, but the 1 year of prep is alittle interesting, dunno if Thanos would have been able to just give himself the one year of prep with the time gem anyway, but dont think the year would matter unless it gave him time to create some sort of artifact the LT couldn't overwrite.
